Clouded Spirit shouldn't have cared what Jedi did with themselves. If the Jedi Order was an ancient union of men and women who believed in order and justice, the legacy of his own beliefs was far older.
He had been leaning against a tree, ears focused on the conversation on one side and the wild life on the other. The Ewoks might be small, but their ancestors had annihilated Imperial troops. Their own shamans possessed considerable skill with the Force as well. It was best to avoid them until the proper time.
He pushed off from the tree and brought a finger up to the trunk, whispering a word. He ran his finger across the bark, forming a small glowing rune. This flared for a moment as a whispered voice rose from it, far too quiet for any but Shanji and himself.
It was a conversation between a woman and a man. The woman spoke of Jedi being completely immersed in society. Jedi doctors, Jedi police officers, Jedi businessmen, Jedi politicians...Jedi with jobs that brought them into touch with everybody and everyone.
The voices would be recognizable to any who listened to old Rebel recordings from more than 90 years ago.
They were Mon Mothma and Luke Skywalker.
The rune faded from the trunk of the tree as Clouded Spirit looked back up to the Jedi. They were walking a Path of Daggers, choosing as they did to go without even a semi-organized group of peers that held all accountable. His face remained impassive as he considered the implications.

-:Caedmon nodded his head, listening to their votes. It had travelled all too much in favor of no single leader. No leader. No Council...
"Then it is my request that we will follow. The will of the Force will be our guides. " He gestured towards the Jedi, his eyes flickering to Sadhric's for a moment, beofre turning to the rest. "If you will set up a Praexum or a Conclave or what have you, you do such as you desire.... if you are training someone, please continue to.... and above all. Swear Alliegience to no government. Only to the Jeid Code... only to the Force. "
He was standing, hearing something from the distance. He knew it was that non-jedi in the back, but he ignored it.
"I beseech you... a year from now, meet here... so we can determine whether or not we continue along this path..."
Caedmon was about to turn, before he made his voice rise above the crackling of the fire's flames.. "Until we meet again my friends, May the Force be with you all, always.."
And then he was off for his ship.

"And what of us Jedi with no Master and no where to go? Since we can swear no aligance and have no place."

The Iktotchi Jedi Knight followed behind Cato, catching upto him. The thick brown clock flapped in his rapid movements, until he caught up, standing a half foot behind him in their stride.
"Not all of us are as strong in the Force to determine when a Padawan is ready for Knighthood, Caedmon. Let alone a Knight becoming a Master."
He allowed a small moment to collect his thoughts.
"And what of the children, who have no one right now? Build a Praxeum with two or three Knights to guide thirty?" His words were etched in sarcasm.
Sweat was collecting on his forehead, daring to seep into the Knight's eyes and sting.
"Our name has already been disgraced throughout the galaxy. And by allowing each of us to do our own separate journey will certainly not clear it. We need a haven, we need a leader, we need a collection. We are being left with nothing the nanosecond you get on your ship."
And his steps finally stopped. If Caedmon wanted to, he could either step away towards his ship, or turn around and answer the questions.
The Knight had lost his cool, but only for the moment. For the moment. A stand had to be taken. And Tiro was one to put his foot down.

-:Caedmon stopped. Boots thudding painfully loud into the ground.
He had been lost in thought, and as his eyes settled onto the Iktotchi Jedi.
"We need none of these. We need only the Force. Is that not what we just voted? There are more knights here than there are Padawans Tiro. There are many lessons to learn along the way, but these Jedi here... they can do it.
In the beginning there was one Jedi Master to twelve students... and yet, he managed... we too will manage.. Remember? We're no better than those that came before us. Our name means nothing. Whether I am here or not, will not change anything... you are left with the Force. and each other....
I have things that I must do. Be well Tiro, we will meet again. "
And with that he left the Iktotchi Jedi's prescence.

Alik shook his head and sighed.
"Some Master."

Clouded Spirit roused himself from thought, noticing that the future of the Jedi had been voted on. He straightened, picking his staff from the tree it leaned against for the moment. He had seen much in his life, but this would stay with him for some time. He thought of Jedi these men and women had known only as historical representations of the ideals shared only by a relative few.
Follow the Will of the Force..
It was a concept that would test even the wisest and most powerful Jedi, let alone those who carried an abundance of the darkness that resonates at the pit of mortal souls.
Clouded Spirit's face showed nothing as he looked over to Shanji and nodded. It would take longer then a meeting to produce any feeling of connection with Jedi. Especially when one of there number radiated anger and sadness. His eyes flashed to that one just now for just a moment. If the Jedi represented justice, peace, and harmony, then they missed what was going on in front of them.
Without a word, the shaman left the tree he had watched from and moved out into the clearing and walked towards a fallen tree stump. He soundlessly sat down, pulling out a bit of charcoal and turning his attention on another piece of wood. He drew a line on the chunk of rotting wood and began to fill it with what would be a shamanic rune, softly whispering a spell as he did so.

Adia stood up from the warmth of the fire and motioned the ones with her to follow. Nothing was said fore everything that needed to be said had already been done so. She over heard the brief conversation between Cato and the othe jedi, but did not bother to voice any opinion. Instead she kept on moving past them and the rest of the people as her and the padawans moved back into the depths of the forest. Although it was a little ways from the camp they made it to the ship that they arrived on, and after taking one last look at the forest they departed, headed to Anobis, and then Dantooine where she would continue her training of the students
