She'd been making progress, instead of laying in bed just letting her leg heal, Ureala was now up and moving about the room. She had a crutch tucked under one arm, for balance and support, but it did not stop her from getting up.
Time pricked away at her mind, and now that she was fully awake, Ureala knew just how much time had passed within her rest. They didn't have much time left.
The eldest of the Tekal kids shuffled her way over to the door, opening it and speaking to the CorSec officer who was just within reach. They had been relaxed just moments earlier, but when her door opened, each seemed to become fully aware of what was going on. "I need to speak to the Dective." She said, shutting the door afterward and turning back to her room.
There were several things that needed to change before Leato came to call. That, in itself, was just hours away. Ureala wanted to be absolutely certain that he would not forget who he was messing with.

It had not been too long for the Detective to arrive, and when he did, Ureala was waiting for him. She had positioned herself in one of the hospital chairs that had been situated in her room, watching the door. Kabe was meditating near by, the wookiee having chosen to stay with her for her own protection.
"Detective." She had said, watching him as he entered, calling his attention to where she was sitting, knowing that he would be expecting to see her laying in bed. "I'd like to introduce you to Jedi Master Kabraka. He and I wish to discuss our next course of action concerning the suspect."

The older man walked in. As always looking the part of the cop that had been on the job for way to long. Hair a mess. Clothes seeming thrown on and left there for days. A random colored straw jutting out of the corner of his mouth. Dark bags under his eyes from lack of sleep. He gave a little nod to the wookie and smiled a tired little smile. "Master Jedi. I'm not a stupid man. And I'm not so arrogant that I don't see whats infront of my face. We are unequiped to handle something like this. My men do not know what to expect or how to react to this. They are not military. But I can offer my assistance and aid in any way you see it could be needed to bring this man to justice."
Kabe stood, slipping off the window sill, bones and joints cracking, having not moved in a few hours. "Pleasure to meet you, Detective," he said with a slight bow. "The first thing I'd like to do is better equip your men. Over the years, I've managed to stockpile a small arsenal from previous military and bounty hunting careers. I think your people could make good use of them. Anything to provide as a buffer against this assailant I'm sure would help. Also, I have a small army of wookiees here on planet, and they would be useful to you I think. My apprentice is also here. If at all possible I would like to send her to guard Solomon, along with your men. There would be a wookiee that would go with her, by the name of Ralrova. He's my son, and a Force User as well, but he doesn't follow the Jedi path. His skills are elsewhere. It seems to me, that for now we are on the defensive. Leato Kan is not a man so easily dealt with."
She stayed quiet, allowing Kabe to hold up the conversation from the Jedi end. That is what she had asked the detective to come for, and in any case, she knew she was far too close to the situation to offer any real and sound advice. So, Ureala just sat there, arms folded across her chest and leg propped up, listening to what was being said. She tensed, hearing Leato's name caused her jaw to tighten slightly, and she swallowed the lump that had risen in her throat. She hoped tehy could get these plans in place and in working order before he came back to claim her.
"Well. The coward attacks when it best suits him. Minimal men and an injured woman. But I would accept your help. I'm sure most of my men would feel a slight bit more at ease with a few Wookies to help them out. We just don't know how to handle those like yourself. Force Users and such. Sith? Would that be the proper term for him?"
Kabe shook his head slightly. "I don't think so. Sith are usuall the type to accumulate power in the background. He would have sent assasins first, and then maybe an apprentice. In his case, he was originally just insane, as he was a clone, but one that went wrong. He was a clone of Orin Dar. I never did too much of a profile workup on Orin, but a year ago Murra Tekal and I went with a small but very well trained strike team to go get Leiyn Dar from Ord Mantell. She was being held by a group of pirates, smugglers, and slavers. Little did we know, they were under the command and orders of Leato, who was traveling with us. Murra and I knew it to be a trap before we even embarked on the operation. So, I did profile workups on every member of the team, though my instincts pointed a finger at Leato. Sure enough, he disappeared in mid operation, and we wound up confronting him at our objective's position. I extracted the Dar woman while Murra engauged him. He wound up using an exotic Force technique on her, doing quite a lot of damage to both her and the building. Then he used his talents in the Force to pull down the weakened building on top of them. We tried an emergency excavation of where she was, but all we found were her damaged lightsabers, and crumpled robes. We did not bother looking for Leato, though there was no explosion, indicating when a dark sider has died. Apparently he survived under that rubble, and eventually got out. I am sure it was a trial that only strengthened his will, resolve, and his power in the Dark side of the Force." Kabe sighed and shook his head. "I've got a few more people on the way, and one should be landing pretty quick. I just hope its enough. We're all stretched pretty thin."
"An unstable, insane man with the abilities of the Jedi. And no morals to control how he uses them." he ran a hand though his hair and looked down at the floor for a moment. "It's like giving a child a gun. Or god like powers. What he does with them is unamaginable. And this one seems to have one hell of a vendete against your family." he looked back up at the wookie. Then to the Tekal. "We can stop him."
The wookiee nodded. "I hope so. The Tekals are family as well. The losses that have already occurred are unacceptable. When Leiyn Dar gets here, I'm sure she can give you more information on Leato. She has had years of experience with him. She is also a Force User, and Ex-Jedi. I already know she will be hunting him as soon as she gets here. She went through an extreme experience at the hands of Leato. At least attempting to bring him in, I see as a way to help her heal. Though when she finds him, we will have to move fast. I don't want her becoming a murderer. However, I don't think there's any court that could pass proper judgement on the man. Nor any jail that could really hold him. He was Jedi after all."
"So he was a clone of a Jedi? Where is this Orin then?" He pulled out a data pad and started to scribble something on it. Things his intel could work on. He would like to not be completely useless in this. it already angered him that they were nothing but filler. An added number to make it easier for the Jedi. They could not cope with this. Insane Jedi running around.
"Orin Dar is dead. Has been for some time. I'm not sure when he died. His sister, Leiyn will have that answer, though I do know he was beheaded. And yes, he was a clone of a Jedi, with all his memories. This makes Leato also skitsophrentic. Meaning with proper legal representation he can get away with playing the insanity card. Not a good prospect either. Anyway, if you are worried about your men being of little use, I should tell you this. Most of the Jedi in the Clone Wars were wiped out by simple Clone Troopers and production line combat droids. A good team that knows what they are doing can bring down a Jedi, or several Jedi. This man may be a match for any of us, but a blaster bolt to the heart, or head is still a blasterbolt to the heart or the head. If you would like, I can teach your teams a few anti-Force User tactics that should be able to slow him down significantly or stop him. I recently completed a military contract, teaching advanced personal combat and tactics, as well as ground team tactics and warfare, with a focus on beating DarkSide Force Users." He didn't say who, but he was sure if the Detective was interested in knowing who he worked for he could easily piece that together, or start asking the right people. It was one thing that the Detective would excell at. Kabe knew from personal experince, from his days as a bounty hunter how easily Law Enforcement could get information, when they knew where to look.
"I welcome any and all help. But we are just civil servants. Not military. But my men will do their best. And are here to protect and serve both civilian and Jedi." he sliped hte datapad back in his coat pocket. Sticking his thumbs in hus pockets and sighed. "I will assemble the bests tactics team the CorSec have to offer. But given the time limit we have before Kan returns, Do you really see it being of any use?"
With a bit of a grunt, Ureala pushed herself up in her seat, lifting her leg and settling her foot on the floor. The muscles could still stiffen quite quickly, even though she was doing everything she could to work it out. It was not the first lightsaber wound she had ever gotten, but with where it was placed it acted differently from those she had suffered before. After a moment of gently rubbing the muscles into release, she returned her attention to the conversation.
The wookiee sighed and shook his head. "I cannot say for certain. I'd rather be prepared as best as possible than being lax in our efforts. I would recommend grenades being brought. As many stun, and sub-sonic as you can. Don't bother with gas grenades. Force Users can hold their breath for extremely long times. Some could even breathe poisonous gasses such as dioxin with little ill effect. I would recommend concussion grenades as a last resort. We don't want to do property damage to the hospital. It's built for service, not to be a bunker. If you have repeaters, or auto-carbines, or assault blaster rifles I would recommend them. The property damage would be lower. Also with a sheer volume of fire it would be difficult for him to advance. However, cutting a hole through a wall, floor or ceiling would be easily doable. You might discuss these things with your Tactical Teams you have, see what they come up with."
