Here is the rest of my character's stats:
Powers:
Mutilus is not your typical Jedi or Sith, he doesn’t actually use any Force powers at all, but the power he has is that no Jedi or Sith can use their powers upon him. In the presence of Mutilus a Jedi losses his sense of connection with the Force, as the armored technology naturally feeds from the Force around it. Not saying he takes the Force from the Jedi himself, but the fact that the Force the Jedi uses is being absorbed by the armor. Basically Mutilus works like a vacuum.
Example, Mutilus has the natural ability to absorb the Force energies around him to stabilize and feed the armor. He needs to do this, as the armor itself needs the Force to survive and continue on, without it, it simply weakens and eventually dies. Now if a Jedi were to be fighting Mutilus in single combat the Jedi would still have all his powers and connection to the Force, but here is the trick, if the Jedi continued to stay around Mutilus (say five feet or closer for a lengthy time period) the Jedi would start to feel the effects of the armor naturally pulling on the Jedi’s connection to the Force. Now, not saying that the armor is stealing it but the fact that the Force around the Jedi and Mutilus is becoming less dense as it is being absorbed by the armor.
Continuing on, if the Jedi were to use a Force attack on Mutilus directly it would have no affect naturally, as the armor would take the Force energy that was directed upon him and absorb it into the Infinite Armor skin around him. In essence to that, Mutilus can direct his focus of Force absorption onto a certain spot, namely a Jedi, but it takes complete concentration of his abilities and the Jedi himself can block it from happening if he can control his force concentration hard enough. All saying aside though, if the Jedi were to throw a chair at Mutilus’ head with the Force, yes of course it could do damage and Mutilus would not be able to absorb it.
Also, just like the Star Forge the armor has the ability to create an infinite amount of itself as long as it is subjected to a certain amount of the Force at one time, from this Mutilus is able to repair limbs and other damaged places that are parts of the human host, the Cortosis armor on the other hand if damaged can not be repaired by the living armor. Repairing of limbs takes days though; it is not a rapid process.
Adding on about the Cortosis armor, it was created by an Imperial Officer named Admiral Fyarr and was able to absorb the energy of a lightsaber or laser blast. The Cortosis armor on Mutilus doesn't cover wide areas on his body, mostly just shins, quads, forearms, and the ridge along the head (like a mask). I have a picture of him already I will place it below...

Coming to a close, Mutilus is not actually superior to any Jedi or Sith but an equalizer, he makes it so the Jedi and Sith have to fight him without their powers to take advantage, in doing so this was why Mutilus was created in the first place; he was to be the ultimate Jedi Killer.
Okay, this is the end of my character's stuff...sorry about the taking up of two topic threads, I thought I was able to add a reply and just add it underneath. It wasn't set up that way so I wasn't able too. By the way I have been rping in Star Wars since 1998, right before Episode 1 came out. This character though was made right when KOTOR came out, so he is just a few years old. So, when I saw your site I thought it would be kind of cool to join this character up, hope you like him, he is quite unique.
